- Change the closet doors- You can get rid of those plain closet doors and get some designer look that enhances the aesthetics of the room. You could use new shades of wood or work with some fabric to create a completely new look on your own.
- Replace those carpets- Go ahead and browse local flea markets or order some cheap carpets online. You will be amazed at the refreshing change a new carpet can add to any room. Look for designs and colours that complement the room.
- Add some greenery- Check out if you have a green thumb and spend some time gardening to work on indoor plants for your new house. You could easily grow new plants from old cuttings or simply buy some from the local nursery.
- Upgrade the lampshades- If you are tired of looking at the same lampshades, the look, and the colour, why not replace them? You can easily get some handmade decorative paper or fabrics to create a bespoke lamp topper and make your own designs.
- Create your own wall art- If you think you are good with art and creativity, why not create some wall art and make those walls look unique? With just some paper and colours, you can create whatever you like and personalize those walls.
- Make some candles- Nothing could be more soothing so see customized candles with classic scents like fresh cotton and cherry blossom, light up the room. There are plenty of options available in the market with pre-mixed bases.
