Air Fryer Cinnamon Pumpkin Spice Biscuit Donuts
I was lucky enough to have been given an air fryer for Christmas a few years ago, and since then it has had more use than my actual oven. There’s something super convenient about popping food into the fryer, setting the timer and walking away.
I have to admit I thought I would mostly be using my air fryer to make savoury meals (it makes excellent chips), but I have since learned that you can make all manner of sweet treats in an air fryer too! Brownies? Yep. Cannoli? Yup. Smores? You bet.
Speaking of sweet treats, this recipe makes the most delicious speedy pumpkin spice doughnut holes. You just can’t beat a satisfying bite of carbs covered in cinnamon and sugar, right? It’s like getting a great big autumn hug. They take mere minutes to make and are perfect for a little self-care moment snuggled under a blanket with a hot cup of tea (or a pumpkin spice latte!)
Ingredients:
- 1 tube of 8 large biscuits (or make your own scone mix)
- 100g sugar

- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 115g butter
Directions:
- Set your air fryer to 175°C
- Cut each biscuit into quarters
