Girls night out: Drunken Monkey

Who doesn’t like a night with the girls? I recently had a lovely night out with some workmates and we found ourselves in the Drunken Money in Shoreditch just around the corner from our office.

Really we went for the cocktails we all chose from the amazing cocktail menu, I had a few strawberry lemonades (vodka with strawberries & lemon) as part of their happy hour they were £4.50 each which was a treat as usually they are twice the price.

We didn’t forget to get something to eat alongside our fabulous mixed drinks, the Drunken Monkey cooks up a great range of food including dim sum as well as separate noodle and rice dishes. I had Singapore noodles with vegetables which was delicious with crunch veg and smooth noodles which was very satisfying.

The night out was a success, we all had a lovely time with some great food, tasty cocktails and even better chat. I look forward to the next one and exploring another local venue.
