This simple recipe starts off my making the curry paste; place the garlic, curry powder, cumin seeds, onion and oil in a food processor and combine to create a paste.
Cook the curry paste for 2 minutes in a hot saucepan before adding the turkey breast pieces to seal.
Add the coconut milk and piccalilli to the mix and bring to the boil.
Simmer the turkey curry for 10 minutes.
Serve the curry with a sprinkle of coriander and with a side of steamed rice and/or naan bread.
