Review: Organic Plant-based Nutrition from Erbology

As a plant based eater I am always keen to learn about new brands and products that are championing plant-based foods and nutrition, so when I was contacted by Erbology and offered the chance to try out some of their products I was excited to give them ago.

Organic Rosewater

Rosewater has a long history of being used for healing. Erbology selects the most fertile Damask rose petals and distils them to obtain the rose hydrosol of premium quality. Through direct distillation of rose flowers here is a high concentration of phenolic compounds, which makes the hydrosol of the rose beneficial for your health.

Traditionally, rose water is used to support ingestion, calm the mind, and tone the skin. Both the oil and rose water contain numerous powerful nutrients which act to protect cells from oxidative damage that free radicals cause.
