Review: Wingz Fashion Arm Coverage
When I was younger I went through a phase of hating my arms. I am not really sure what set it off but I avoided having bare arms at all costs.
These days I have accepted my arms but I remember how it felt, so when Wingz got in touch to see if I would review some of their sleeves I wanted to give them ago.
Wingz sleeves are an arm covering which makes it possible for you to wear sleeveless garments that you might not usually wear out in public. It helps avoid wearing cardigans, shrugs or boleros which can be annoying and hot to wear.
They can be worn under any sleeveless tops or dresses and do not add unwanted bulk. They come in different materials including chiffon and viscose, with styles such as fitted or flare. They come in different colours including nude, black, white or patterned colourful fabric with full length and 3/4 length sleeve options.
They come in different colours including nude, black, white or patterned colourful fabric, some have lace sleeves. There are full length and 3/4 length sleeve options. Wingz come in four sizes covering UK sizes 6 to 28, US sizes 4 to 26, and Euro sizes 34 to 56. So you are bound to find something that suits your requirements.
I chose a pair of 3/4 length stretch lace wingz in black for my review as I wear a lot of dark colours and am partial to decorative lace which adds something extra to an outfit.
I have to admit it was a bit fiddly to work out how the Wingz go on, but I worked it out after a minute or two. The trick is to make sure the front strap goes under the bust/bra.
After I worked out how to put them on I discovered that they were very comfortable to wear and easily slipped under any sleeveless tops or dresses that I wore with them.
Overall I think that the Wingz sleeves are a simple and attractive solution for anyone who doesn’t want to miss out on sleeveless clothes but isn’t too keen on having bare arms. I award them 4 out of 5 stars and look forward to wearing them in the future.
