Review: WI’s Pastel Premium Acrylic Yarn Pack

I have to confess. I am a wool addict. I have a huge box stuffed full of balls of wool and I just can’t stop myself from getting more and more.

So, of course, when I got the chance to review the WI’s Pastel Premium Acrylic 15 Yarn Pack from Hobbycraft I was excited to add it to my collection!

This online Hobbycraft exclusive set is made up of 15 balls of yarn in complementary colours with 3 balls of each colour. At £21 for 15 balls of yarn, I think this is a great value pack.

Light Blue, Light Pink, White, Grey and Light Purple, 3 balls of each which make the perfect selection for a project. I like that the colours are bright and work together really nicely. Even the pale colours have a rich depth to them.

I have started making a granny square based crochet blanket with different colours for each round. I am planning to make each square slightly different in design to make it more interesting!

The yarn itself is fantastic quality; it is strong and durable which means it doesn’t pull apart or fray when you use it which makes it great for beginners or people like me who just don’t like complications!

The wool is also really soft against the skin which is one of my favourite things about it. This wool yarn would be perfect for making a baby blanket or a snuggly cardigan.

I have enjoyed working with the WI’s Pastel Premium Acrylic Yarn and award it 5 out of 5 stars.
